How can I list my property with Roman & Lee?

Listing your property with us is easy - simply contact us via the form or send us an email with the details of your property / properties and your management needs and we'll send you a quote with all the terms and conditions. As next step we will call you to agree on the details of the letting/management process. We will keep in constant contact throught the process of advertising, finding tenants, viewing and signing tenancy agreement. During the tenancy we will handle communication with the tenant and any requests. We can collect the rent for you if required.  

What services do you offer for holiday lettings?

Our holiday lettings service includes property marketing using online resources and letting websites, setting up prices according to seasonal demand, manage bookings and provide guest support to ensure a seamless experience for both owners and guests.
